Dan Royle brings over 20 years of experience in staffing and business operations to Gear Partners, including Project and Program Management, Management Consulting, Financial Operations, Strategic Initiatives, Risk Management, Business Process Re-engineering and all aspects of Software Development and Deployment. 


Prior to co-founding Gear Partners, Dan spent many years at a large staffing firm fulfilling roles such as VP of Operations, VP of IT, Director of Professional Services and Director of Marketing. Dan was responsible for the overall business operations and strategic road map planning. He owned the creation, management, governance, and measurement of corporate strategic goals. Dan was accountable for infrastructure, management and deployment of all enterprise systems and applications, change management, budgeting, procurement, vendor relations and reporting. Dan spearheaded innovation throughout the rapidly growing company with proven results. His experience with software includes but is not limited to ATS/CRM, Time and Expense, Pay/Bill, HRIS, and  Marketing Engagement platforms.


Over the years, Dan has seen businesses through from inception to mergers and acquisitions and everything in between.  He is driven to share his expertise to help other companies prepare for and achieve their technology goals, with the least impact on business as usual. Dan is a dynamic leader, proven facilitator, process guru who knows how to drive results. 

Christina Thomas brings 20 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Software Implementation, Project Management, Business Systems Analysis, Systems Administration, Consulting, and Customer Service to Gear Partners.


Most recently, Christina served as Director of Customer Success at a large staffing firm.  Her role was to provide executive ownership of maintaining and growing their customer base which included contractors, candidates, and alumni. She was the lead Business Consultant in many of their Middle Office and Back Office technology initiatives. She was heavily involved in process improvement and implementation of innovative tools to support these initiatives.  Christina has experience with ATS/CRM, Time and Expense, Payroll, Commissions, Back Office Integrations, and was crucial in the design and implementation of a custom Electronic Onboarding Tool.  Her handling of high-level customer issues, understanding and executing business operations, and identifying and influencing positive change across the enterprise was apparent by the results that she achieved.

Christina’s ability to prepare clients to understand the downstream effects of  business and technical change-management is a great asset to any organization.  In addition to being very business-minded and analytical, Christina is also a creative thinker and employs “Out of the box” thought leadership. She is extremely passionate about what she does - which is exemplified by her positive energy and strong work ethic.
